People all over the nation are taking part in free compression-only CPR courses at their local Red Cross chapters today. This wonderful opportunity has been provided thanks to the generous support of Walgreens and Safeway.
The tragic shootings in Tuscon reminded the nation about the importance of being prepared to respond to emergency. Many heroic acts were performed by bystanders who knew how to help. It is the hope of the American Red Cross that every person know how to effectively respond in the face of emergency and disaster.
